This covers distribution on websites (including third party content sites such as YouTube or Vimeo), DVD and live events.This usage type excludes productions for TV, Radio and Film, commercials for Cinema, Radio and Television, productions for Retail Sale or Cover Mount and Audio-only CDs. Please contact us if you wish to discuss clearing these additional rights.Public performance of the finished production on a web site or at a live event will require an additional public performance licence from the relevant collection society in your territory. However, public performance on user-generated content sites such as YouTube should already be covered by the site owner’s licence.
